Designora Studio

A virtual production house that works exclusively for its own brands: casual fashion, pets luxury, gifts & decor, a virtual magazine and a NFT project. All design and marketing processes are done in-house and fully directed by its founder, Sorina Constantin. 

Story

I grew up in a personal tailor’s workshop that was in our house, ran by mother. While being raised among fashion magazines and manufacturing processes, I learned that the classic workflow has plenty of flaws on many levels, so I went to university and graduated with a master’s degree in interior architecture, while having a strong passion for art. After gaining some experience in experiential design, the pandemic hit and I had to rebuild my whole career from ground up, so that I can have full control over my work. Few years later, I am launching on-demand online stores, selling clothes and home decor.

workflow

The E-Boutiques are selling physical goods, but using a different manufacturing system than the one we were used to: instead of prototyping samples, ordering large quantities of products and engineering strategies so that I can sell the stock, I use the infrastructure that can print and assemble products after the customer purchases the product. This way, I can get very creative without overspending and overconsumption. 

 

While the products have standard and premium quality, the creative process is quite complex: from established collection systems, art pieces are made digitally by hand. Then, they are rendered for high quality 3D product views and content for marketing.
